Q. What does Gas Safe mean?

A. Gas Safe Register is the official body for gas safety in United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Guernsey. Only registered individuals may undertake any work on gas pipes or install gas appliances such as cookers, boilers and fires. All Our fitters are qualified and have current certificates.

Q. Do you have any accessories available in the showroom?

A. Yes, We have a wide range of accessories including Mirrors, Brushes, Tiles, Coal Buckets, Fenders, Fire Baskets, Fire Irons, Fireguards, Grates, Hearths, Mantelpieces and Surrounds

Q. How often do I have to clean the gas fireplace and vent?

A. Although the frequency of your fireplace servicing and maintenance will depend on use and the type of installation, you should have a qualified service technician perform an appliance check-up at the beginning of each heating season.

Q. Should I have any type of inspection done to my fireplace, stove or insert?

A. Yes, We recommend annual service of your fire by a qualified serviceperson. This will ensure that your appliance is functioning properly.
